1. Introduction
PHAEDRUS ZEN is an automotive community platform created for drivers, enthusiasts and motorsport-minded individuals. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
These terms are intended to help maintain a respectful, safe and enjoyable environment for all members of the PHAEDRUS ZEN community.
2. Community Conduct
All users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the PHAEDRUS ZEN platform. Harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal activity or intentionally harmful behaviour toward other users will not be tolerated.
PHAEDRUS ZEN does not support or encourage reckless or illegal driving on public roads. Content promoting dangerous behaviour, illegal street racing or activities that may endanger others may be removed at our discretion.
3. User Content
Users remain responsible for any content they post, upload or share on the platform, including comments, images, listings, videos and forum discussions.
By posting content on PHAEDRUS ZEN, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
PHAEDRUS ZEN reserves the right to remove or moderate content that is considered illegal, inappropriate, harmful, misleading or in violation of these terms.
4. Marketplace Disclaimer
PHAEDRUS ZEN may provide marketplace or classified-style features allowing users to advertise vehicles, parts, services or related products.
All transactions, negotiations and agreements are conducted directly between users. PHAEDRUS ZEN is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, legality of items, payment disputes, delivery issues or the condition of vehicles or products advertised on the platform.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, registration requirements and consumer regulations.
5. Event Participation
Participation in meets, drives, track days or community events organised through PHAEDRUS ZEN is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold valid licences, insurance coverage and that their vehicles comply with applicable roadworthiness and legal requirements.
PHAEDRUS ZEN is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, losses or legal consequences resulting from participation in community events or activities.
6. Intellectual Property
The PHAEDRUS ZEN name, branding, logos, website design and original platform content are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content but grant PHAEDRUS ZEN permission to display and share such content within the platform for community and promotional purposes.
7. Privacy
PHAEDRUS ZEN respects user privacy and aims to collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the platform.
